  • 1 fresh paprika diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • Peel of 1 orange cut into strips
  • 1 cup green olives pitted and halved
