Easy Protein Powder Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

After I published my recipe for Light and Fluffy Sweet Potato Pancakes, one of my lovely followers asked me if I write a protein cookie recipe. Well, I mean, sure, why not? That’s why we have the chocolate chip cookie recipe with protein powder today!

Can you add protein powder to chocolate chip cookies?

Absolutely! Including protein powder in a chocolate chip cookie recipe is an excellent method to boost its nutritious content. It not only increases the protein content but also adds a delightful chocolate flavor that matches the classic taste of chocolate chip cookies.

What are the benefits of these protein cookies?

Well, the main benefit is low calories. One cookie prepared following our instructions contains approximately 50 calories. Which isn’t bad at all. Also, carbohydrates are lower than in sugar cookies. For example, those 50 calories imply 3 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, and 6 grams of CH.

The second benefit is my personal favorite one. They are tasty!

Let’s see how you can do it!
